We are at the dawn of the Fourth Industrial Revolution – and the future of learning. What is taking place on a global scale is not merely an upgrade; it's a fundamental re-wiring of systems from economics to societal structures. For business leaders and higher education institutions, this transformative era demands more than adaptation—it calls for a radical reimagining of learning itself.
Here’s an uncomfortable truth: the familiar models of education we’ve relied on for centuries are no longer fit for today’s unprecedented technological acceleration and constant disruption. The future belongs to those who can adapt, create, and solve problems that don’t have predetermined answers. This is Education 4.0 – an urgent imperative to profoundly rethink what we teach, how we deliver learning, and when it takes place.
