Ryan Williams: A professor for nearly 15 years, with experience in teaching and developing programming content at Kaplan since 2017.
Adam Maze: Involved in test prep for over 25 years and bar prep for about 15 years, with experience teaching at various law schools.
In February 2022, the American Bar Association (ABA) adopted Standard 303c, requiring law schools to educate students on bias, cross-cultural competency, and racism. This education must occur at the start of their program and at least once before graduation.
Law schools have responded by establishing research institutes, adding courses on race, and incorporating mandatory offerings in their curriculum.
