Jayne joined KME in 2025 with a career built on a foundation of pharmaceutical sales, management, and patient education—a journey that culminates in nearly twenty years dedicated to evolving in CME. Jayne identifies clinical unmet needs through close collaboration with internal teams, expert faculty, and strategic partners. She utilizes a blend of tried-and-true approaches combined with creative solutions to address these gaps, engage learners, and translate complex medical data into actionable practice. While strategic rigor and problem-solving capabilities are critical to her success, Jayne’s primary motivation is the human impact of her work. She believes that every educational initiative should be a catalyst for better healthcare, driven by empowering clinicians to provide the highest standard of care to their patients. Outside of her professional role, Jayne is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys cycling, skiing, and beach days. She is also enjoys spending time with her family.
