Recent initiatives

We’ve invested hundreds of millions of dollars in residential and college faciltiies in recent years, with more projects in the pipeline.

NOTTINGHAM TRENT UNIVERSITY (UK)
Our $117 million financial commitment to our partnership with Nottingham Trent University led to the 2014 opening of Global Point, a city-center residence with 449 bedrooms and a state-of-the-art academic support center. Global Point now serves students from both Nottingham Trent and The University of Nottingham.
BOURNEMOUTH UNIVERSITY (UK)
We invested $150 million in a combined residential and academic facility, located in the heart of BU’s Lansdowne campus. The 15-floor building, which opened in September 2015, includes 393 ultra-modern rooms, an innovative learning center, and an on-site restaurant.
UNIVERSITY OF GLASGOW (UK)
We committed $40 million to address a shortage of housing for international students. The investment allowed for the opening of two new residence halls in 2012, Franklin Point and The Globe, providing 276 spacious rooms and an immediate boost to student enrollments and retention.
