Fort Lauderdale, FL (February 17, 2026) — Tech & Learning magazine has named global education company Kaplan’s All Access License to its Awards of Excellence: Best of 2025 list. The recognition, awarded in the Higher Education category, celebrates educational technology from the last 12 months that has excelled in supporting teachers, students, and education professionals. Kaplan was also a 2023 winner of the prestigious award.
By investing in Kaplan’s All Access License, colleges and universities can provide all of their students with access to the company’s industry-leading test prep for admissions exams, licensure, credentialing programs, and workforce readiness programs with zero out-of-pocket costs for students, helping them reach their ultimate career goals. Exams that students can prepare for with Kaplan free-of-cost include the GRE®, GMAT®, LSAT®, MCAT®, NCLEX-RN®, USMLE®, Uniform Bar Exam®, and Certified Financial Planner®, among many others. Since Kaplan’s All Access License was launched in 2022, tens of thousands of students have collectively saved more than $65 million in out-of-pocket costs for these programs.
Kim Canning, vice president, university partnerships, Kaplan, said:
“Kaplan’s All Access License is redefining access to high-quality test preparation by removing cost as a barrier and opening doors for students nationwide. Since its launch, the program has already saved thousands of students tens of millions of dollars, while helping them unlock academic and career pathways that can truly change the trajectory of their lives. This impact is only possible because of forward-thinking university leaders who are making bold, student-first investments that benefit not only their campuses, but the communities their graduates will go on to serve. We look forward to partnering with more visionary institutions to continue transforming student outcomes at scale.”
Among the many institutional partners of Kaplan’s All Access License are: Cleveland State University, Xavier University of Louisiana, Howard University, and Spelman College. At the government level, the Illinois Student Assistance Commission (ISAC), the state’s college access and financial aid agency, has contracted Kaplan to provide universal test prep and skills development courses to all students enrolled in Illinois’ 12 public universities; five Illinois community colleges are also included as part of a pilot program.
