Develop U Virtual Conference: The Develop U Virtual Conference is Kaplan’s signature professional development event—an annual multi-week, fully online experience designed to inspire learning, connection, and collaboration across its diverse organization. Individualized Development Plan: Kaplan’s Individualized Development Plan empowers employees to take an active role in shaping their personal and professional growth. In partnership with their managers, employees set meaningful goals, recognize strengths, and identify areas for development, creating a dynamic, evolving roadmap for continuous improvement.
